In the Brotherhood, he strives to be a good leader and strategist, from inspiring troops during a battle and using his knowledge in military strategies. Thus, whether it is in the social or military sphere, he seeks to dominate the masses as the legendary Sith Warlords of old. However, there is still a long road ahead of him.

Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Valaeron creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Valaeron creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.

Despite his line of work, Valaeron still sees himself as a refined gentleman and will often put on a show of being haughty and arrogant to those he does not know. Valaeron only lets the mask slip to show his more laid back nature to those he trusts. To those he dislikes, he will actually become even more insufferable as taunts and quips without any regard for who or what he might be offending.

The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Valaeron thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.

He is known in military and mercenary circles, even beyond, as one of the best fighter pilots out there. During his career, he has earned the name of "Blood Baron," referring to both his kill count and to his blood-hungry ways to pursuing foes. As such, he can be a dangerous when behind the cockpit, with years of experience and skills. However, there are always ones more skilled that he is in piloting. Additionally, his one big problem is being weak in melee combat, and in combat when on the ground in general.

Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Valaeron has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Valaeron then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Valaeron has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
